Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted resource for teammates, addressing concerns and facilitating resolution
- Conduct intake conversations, document issues, and escalate complex matters as appropriate
- Support investigations into workplace complaints and maintain accurate case documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or conflict resolution
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site environments is a plus
