Key Responsibilities

• Implement the UKG Ready solution, focusing on various HR modules
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Deliver end-user training and collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders for successful project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready
• Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment
• Solid understanding of U.S. HR compliance and best practices
• Experience with Benefit Administration and Plan Setup
• Comfortable working within structured project environments
