A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager to oversee payroll system implementations and data migrations for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, including project setup, client management, and documentation
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating project status updates and addressing any issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance in the designated location
- Experience with payroll systems and client-facing project management
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
