Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager to oversee payroll system implementations and data migrations for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, including project setup, client management, and documentation
  • Oversee data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating project status updates and addressing any issues
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance in the designated location
  • Experience with payroll systems and client-facing project management
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
