• Source, screen, and close candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on high-volume hiring
• Experience in startup environments and adaptability to ambiguity
• Proficient in Greenhouse ATS; familiarity with Gem preferred
• Strong sourcing skills with deep LinkedIn Recruiter experience
• Highly organized with the ability to manage 15+ open requisitions simultaneously
