Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for complex employee relations matters
- Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and promote best practices in employee relations
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and policies
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent at the exempt level in a multi-state service line
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- Advanced experience in a specialty area such as labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
