Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Planning and Optimization Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain resource capacity planning models to ensure adequate staffing for forecasted patient volumes
- Build analytical tools for workforce planning, including data collection and productivity benchmarking
- Design flexible staffing and scheduling models to adapt to demand variability while maintaining high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Statistics, Human Resources, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or operations strategy roles
- Experience in developing and executing flexible staffing models and scalable workforce strategies
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; experience with BI and WFM tools
- Prior experience in healthcare is highly preferred
