Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring across the EST market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles in the EST market
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various technical positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure an excellent candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, particularly in USA/Canada/LATAM hiring
• Proven experience in staffing and recruitment processes
• Solid track record in technical recruitment and global sourcing
• Deep understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Ceipal
