Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles in the EST market
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various technical positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, particularly in USA/Canada/LATAM hiring
- Proven experience in staffing and recruitment processes
- Solid track record in technical recruitment and global sourcing
- Deep understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Ceipal
