Key Responsibilities
- Own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, supporting inquiries and workplace culture initiatives
- Handle payroll, benefits programs, and performance management cycles while maintaining HR systems
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of HR/People Ops experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Solid understanding of HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits administration
- Experience with multi-state and international employment practices
- Familiarity with HR tech stack including Rippling and Deel
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
