Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist/People Ops to manage employee lifecycle processes and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, supporting inquiries and workplace culture initiatives
  • Handle payroll, benefits programs, and performance management cycles while maintaining HR systems
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of HR/People Ops experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Solid understanding of HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Experience with multi-state and international employment practices
  • Familiarity with HR tech stack including Rippling and Deel
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
