Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Non-IT roles
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
• Hands-on experience optimizing recruitment processes
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication
