Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead HRIS Analyst to drive the evolution of their Workday Human Capital Management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules
• Identify and implement AI-powered solutions across the HR technology stack
• Manage end-to-end HRIS projects, including vendor coordination and project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7-10 years of HRIS experience, with 4+ years in Workday configuration
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and compliance needs
• Proficiency in Workday business process configuration and data governance
• Demonstrated interest or experience in AI and advanced HR technology
