Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst, responsible for the administration and support of HR/Payroll Technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of HRIS modules and data management activities
  • Provide Level 1-2 support on HR production issues and assist with testing and reporting
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 or more years of experience in HRIS and technology fields
  • Demonstrated experience with Workday and HR concepts
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements definition and test planning
  • Ability to summarize and present findings to staff at all levels
