Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst, responsible for the administration and support of HR/Payroll Technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of HRIS modules and data management activities
- Provide Level 1-2 support on HR production issues and assist with testing and reporting
- Collaborate with HR and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of experience in HRIS and technology fields
- Demonstrated experience with Workday and HR concepts
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements definition and test planning
- Ability to summarize and present findings to staff at all levels
