A company is looking for a Compensation Professional to manage broad-based compensation programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the MarketPay/Payscale platform, managing benchmark jobs and validating data accuracy
- Lead job description reviews and manage compensation program activities, including salary survey job matching
- Support compensation compliance efforts and deliver reporting and analytics to inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in compensation
- Hands-on experience with MarketPay/Payscale or similar compensation benchmarking tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
