Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Professional to manage broad-based compensation programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the MarketPay/Payscale platform, managing benchmark jobs and validating data accuracy
• Lead job description reviews and manage compensation program activities, including salary survey job matching
• Support compensation compliance efforts and deliver reporting and analytics to inform decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in compensation
• Hands-on experience with MarketPay/Payscale or similar compensation benchmarking tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
