Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting process and enhance candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and communicate details to candidates
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and assist in drafting job descriptions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensure timely updates regarding their application status
Qualifications:
- 1 year of recruiting experience; high-volume recruiting experience is a plus
- Experience in interviewing and onboarding in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Motivated to set and meet goals, with the ability to implement strategic plans
- Desire to collaborate with a small team of recruiters
- Technical skills in Advanced Microsoft Suite and experience with an Applicant Tracking System are a plus
