Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS and related modules
- Collaborate with various teams to design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and integrations
- Lead HRIS-related projects, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to proprietary solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with a focus on configuration and administration
- Broad knowledge of HR technology, including integrations and data flows
- Familiarity with people processes such as onboarding and performance management
- Hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules is a plus
- Experience in a global company is advantageous
