- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that drive business performance
- Experience in Employee Relations, Change Management, and Performance Management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
