Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager/Client Manager - Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the client's Learning division and contractor workforce
• Manage talent selection, evaluation, development, and performance optimization of instructional design teams
• Align contractor capabilities with project requirements while ensuring service quality and stakeholder satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in talent management and performance evaluation
• Proficiency in project-to-talent matching and resource optimization
• Demonstrated team leadership and contractor management experience
• Experience working with offshore teams in India
