AI and Automation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - AI and Automation - Global Digital HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global AI/automation initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring end-to-end delivery
• Identify high-value use cases across the HR lifecycle for AI and automation implementation
• Partner with HR COEs, IT, and vendors to define requirements and ensure successful implementations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, AI/automation, or digital transformation roles
• Proven track record leading AI/automation projects within HR or adjacent domains
• Strong understanding of HR platforms, particularly Workday and ServiceNow
• Familiarity with leading AI platforms/tools such as Microsoft Copilot and UiPath
