Workday Adaptive Planning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Technology Product Specialist - Workday Adaptive Planning (Strategic Workforce Planning).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and test Adaptive Planning - Workforce Planning solutions in Workday
• Act as a subject matter expert for planning processes and collaborate with HR COEs and vendors
• Provide production support for Adaptive Planning and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology projects
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning for Strategic Workforce Planning
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field (preferred)
• Deep understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning and HR practices
