Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist who will manage the recruiting lifecycle for partner candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch experience
• Collaborate with Growth and Integration Team Leadership to execute strategic recruiting priorities
• Represent the firm's vision and key sectors to candidates and search firms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience with Zoom, Teams, and applicant tracking systems preferred
• Demonstrated ability to handle concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to work during irregular hours for time-sensitive activities
