A company is looking for a Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist who will manage the recruiting lifecycle for partner candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch experience
- Collaborate with Growth and Integration Team Leadership to execute strategic recruiting priorities
- Represent the firm's vision and key sectors to candidates and search firms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience with Zoom, Teams, and applicant tracking systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work during irregular hours for time-sensitive activities
