Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience managing a successful global talent acquisition team sourcing international freelance/contract talent
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize forecasting tools for strategic direction
- Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks for talent acquisition across diverse verticals
- Experience in a metrics-driven environment with a track record of achieving KPI expectations
