Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategies for effective talent acquisition to meet client expectations
• Lead a global team and provide direction to Marketing and Sourcing teams to scale the talent acquisition funnel
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize the talent supply chain and ensure alignment with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience managing a successful global talent acquisition team sourcing international freelance/contract talent
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize forecasting tools for strategic direction
• Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks for talent acquisition across diverse verticals
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with a track record of achieving KPI expectations
