Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter for a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts for the Operations and PDS&T sub-function, focusing on attracting top-tier talent
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing and requisition tracking in Taleo ATS
- Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and track recruiting metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Proven experience with proactive sourcing and talent engagement strategies
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with SmartRecruiters and/or Workday ATS is preferred
