Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in recruiting and staffing
- Knowledge and experience using AI to support the recruiting life cycle
- Subject matter expertise in one discipline and developing knowledge in adjacent fields
- Ability to handle complex issues and apply new information quickly
