Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate compensation packages
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in recruiting and staffing
  • Knowledge and experience using AI to support the recruiting life cycle
  • Subject matter expertise in one discipline and developing knowledge in adjacent fields
  • Ability to handle complex issues and apply new information quickly
