Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee relations and risk mitigation by supporting complex issues and conducting investigations
- Strengthen manager capability through coaching, training, and support for performance conversations
- Collaborate on organizational health initiatives and contribute to talent excellence through data analysis and special projects
Required Qualifications
- 7-8 years of progressive HR/Talent experience, including 4+ years in employee relations or talent business partnering
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred; SHRM-SCP/SPHR a plus
- Experience in guiding managers through complex employee relations and performance situations
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes and craft solutions
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
