Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Talent Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive employee relations and risk mitigation by supporting complex issues and conducting investigations
  • Strengthen manager capability through coaching, training, and support for performance conversations
  • Collaborate on organizational health initiatives and contribute to talent excellence through data analysis and special projects
Required Qualifications
  • 7-8 years of progressive HR/Talent experience, including 4+ years in employee relations or talent business partnering
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred; SHRM-SCP/SPHR a plus
  • Experience in guiding managers through complex employee relations and performance situations
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes and craft solutions
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
