Job Summary
A company is looking for an International HR Partner to support its international workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and performance management, focusing on Dutch law and international best practices
- Adapt and localize global HR policies for compliance with Dutch, UK, EU, and other international standards
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for international employees, ensuring compliance and guiding managers on statutory entitlements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience, particularly in the Netherlands
- In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor law, Works Councils, and collective agreements
- Strong track record in advising on performance, employee relations, and change management
- Exposure to HR practices across international markets is a strong plus
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills strongly preferred
