Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Recruiter for the Americas (non-technical).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global recruitment efforts for Operations teams, focusing on critical business needs

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in customer support and/or operations
• Experience managing large-scale multilingual hiring campaigns
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong understanding of market trends and best practices in recruitment
• Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
