Key Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders to understand their goals and challenges
- Act as a strategic partner on people-related topics and enhance overall team performance
- Track and analyze key HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leaders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of experience
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience supporting high volume business units
- Understanding of HR principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
