Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including candidate sourcing and scheduling
- Partner with hiring teams to understand objectives and drive hiring plans
- Contribute to team productivity and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple departments
- 6 months of recruiting experience in a start-up environment preferred
- Experience with an ATS and common sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter required
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate the employee value proposition to candidates
