Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with internal partners and manage service responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with Human Resources to discuss synergistic strategies
- Coordinate the design, development, and roll-out of product enhancements and related projects
- Support project management of technology initiatives and implementations by collaborating with the IT team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product or client management, customer service, or related experience
- Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- HR and IT experience/knowledge preferred
- Strong planning and analytical skills
