HR Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with internal partners and manage service responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with Human Resources to discuss synergistic strategies
• Coordinate the design, development, and roll-out of product enhancements and related projects
• Support project management of technology initiatives and implementations by collaborating with the IT team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product or client management, customer service, or related experience
• Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
• HR and IT experience/knowledge preferred
• Strong planning and analytical skills
