Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning goals
- Utilize recruitment data and KPIs to identify trends and optimize team performance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing recruitment teams in a Shared Services or matrixed environment
- Hands-on proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for interpreting recruitment analytics and metrics
- Bachelor's degree required
