Required Qualifications and Education
- 8+ years of experience in labor relations, human resources, or employee relations
- 8+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Deep knowledge of campaigning, collective bargaining, and labor law compliance
- Proven ability to consult with senior leaders and influence business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to assess risk
