Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Labor Relations Managers, providing strategic direction and coaching
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, integrating labor relations perspectives into business decisions

Required Qualifications and Education

• 8+ years of experience in labor relations, human resources, or employee relations
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of campaigning, collective bargaining, and labor law compliance
• Proven ability to consult with senior leaders and influence business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to assess risk
