Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst (HR) to support HRIS systems and improve business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR systems by maintaining data accuracy, running reports, and troubleshooting user access
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to enhance workflows for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits
- Generate routine reports and dashboards for compliance and workforce tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience with HR systems or HR operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR processes such as payroll and recruiting
- Experience with Dayforce (HR, Payroll, WFM) preferred; exposure to iCIMS is a plus
- Good customer service skills for supporting internal teams
