Apheresis Recruitment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apheresis Telerecruitment Representative to recruit blood donors and maintain records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact current apheresis and/or whole blood donors by telephone to recruit for donations
• Schedule appointments to maximize the number of donors each day
• Maintain accurate records of donors contacted and appointments scheduled

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to work on a team and experience with computers
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule during the initial training period of 4-6 weeks
