Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters
- Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Mentor Caregiver Relations consultants and oversee employee relations research and performance management consultations
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at the exempt level
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and ADAAA
- Advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
