A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist II with a focus on employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and advise managers on employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and recommending terminations when necessary
- Provide guidance to managers and associates on conduct, performance, attendance, and conflict resolution
- Administer leave programs and manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Significant HR Generalist experience with a focus on employee relations
- Proven experience in handling complex workplace complaints and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
