Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist II with a focus on employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and advise managers on employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and recommending terminations when necessary
  • Provide guidance to managers and associates on conduct, performance, attendance, and conflict resolution
  • Administer leave programs and manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Significant HR Generalist experience with a focus on employee relations
  • Proven experience in handling complex workplace complaints and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
