Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted relationships with leadership by educating them on talent management and organizational effectiveness
- Deliver tailored HR solutions that align with business priorities and assist with key talent initiatives
- Advise on employee relations and lead organizational design initiatives to enhance team structure and performance
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Proven ability to build credibility and educate leaders as a strategic HR advisor
- Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Experience with workforce planning, change management, and talent strategy execution
- Data-savvy with the ability to leverage HR metrics and analytics for decision-making
