Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations (HR) Manager to establish and standardize efficient people processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain company people operations policies and human capital development strategies
- Evaluate the talent pool and optimize the organizational structure through training and performance reviews
- Design and implement recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding policies to enhance the employee lifecycle process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in various Human Resources functions
- Familiarity with HRIS or similar Professional Employment Organizations
- Ability to partner with and support managers at all levels
- Experience managing a fully-remote workforce is preferred
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus but not required
