A company is looking for an HR Policy & Compliance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inventory and gap assessments of U.S. policy inventory and make recommendations for revisions
- Draft and standardize policies to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines
- Establish a lightweight policy governance model and enable ServiceNow for effective policy management
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in HR policy authoring and governance in complex, multi-state environments
- Proven experience in standardizing policies and establishing governance frameworks
- Knowledge of U.S. employment law frameworks and ability to translate them into accessible content
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD/Knowledge or similar platforms for article management
- Ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and facilitate efficient working sessions
