Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Policy & Compliance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory and gap assessments of U.S. policy inventory and make recommendations for revisions
• Draft and standardize policies to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines
• Establish a lightweight policy governance model and enable ServiceNow for effective policy management

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in HR policy authoring and governance in complex, multi-state environments
• Proven experience in standardizing policies and establishing governance frameworks
• Knowledge of U.S. employment law frameworks and ability to translate them into accessible content
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD/Knowledge or similar platforms for article management
• Ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and facilitate efficient working sessions
