Key Responsibilities

- Manage staffing to maintain an adequate workforce that meets company satisfaction
- Foster employee engagement and retention while implementing HR processes and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a similar HR BP/HRD role in an international digital/IT/product company
- Experience in executing employee lifecycle HR processes including hiring and performance evaluation
- Ability to manage payroll budget, turnover, and employee engagement metrics
- Fluent in English and native/fluent in Russian
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under stress and uncertainty
