A company is looking for a Temporary People Operations Specialist, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of compensation benchmarking data from PayScale's legacy platform to the new PayFactors system
- Ensure accurate transfer, validation, and analysis of compensation data for all unique positions
- Collaborate with People Operations to maintain data integrity and support compensation benchmarking needs during the migration
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in compensation, including market pricing and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field
- Deep expertise with PayFactors, including benchmarking and data management
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and benchmarking methodologies
