Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst - MSO Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all team member MSO compensation policies and programs
• Review, implement, and monitor targeted MSO compensation programs to adapt to market conditions
• Provide consultation on MSO compensation issues and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• A college diploma/university degree in business with a major in Human Resources
• CCP designation or Compensation and Benefits designation is an asset
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS
• Experience with Workday is an asset
