Key Responsibilities
- Support all team member MSO compensation policies and programs
- Review, implement, and monitor targeted MSO compensation programs to adapt to market conditions
- Provide consultation on MSO compensation issues and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- A college diploma/university degree in business with a major in Human Resources
- CCP designation or Compensation and Benefits designation is an asset
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS
- Experience with Workday is an asset
