Key Responsibilities

• Build and oversee the adjuster licensing process, ensuring all adjusters are properly licensed
• Monitor and interpret changes in insurance regulations related to adjuster licensing
• Create and implement policies and procedures related to adjuster licensing and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in adjuster license management with an understanding of related insurance laws
• 3 years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams
• Experience in claims operations or working with claims
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance programs
• Strong drafting and policy-writing skills
