Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director level Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Operating Partners across multiple portfolio companies both locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR support aligned with business strategy and organizational goals
- Translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives impacting workforce planning and talent development
- Analyze HR metrics to develop data-driven solutions and promote a positive, inclusive work culture
Qualifications for Success:
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a business partner capacity
- Professional HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple HR functions
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and understanding of confidentiality and compliance
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems
