HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst, Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday functionalities and business processes
• Lead configuration, deployment, change management, and training for system enhancements
• Provide functional, technical, and system support throughout implementation phases

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, STEM, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in a system support role; Workday configuration experience preferred
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the Workday ecosystem
• Technical proficiency in HR systems and Office Applications, including Excel
• Experience in a multi-national firm with a shared service center model is preferred
