Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of large-scale recruiting experience within the Federal contracting industry, FAA, or Aviation programs
- Proven track record of success recruiting technical candidates in a high-volume environment
- Expert knowledge of US employment laws and compliance drivers
- Proficiency with Workday and MS Office Suite
- Ability to obtain an FAA Badge
