Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full life cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies
• Build relationships with top talent and establish a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive offer packages

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of large-scale recruiting experience within the Federal contracting industry, FAA, or Aviation programs
• Proven track record of success recruiting technical candidates in a high-volume environment
• Expert knowledge of US employment laws and compliance drivers
• Proficiency with Workday and MS Office Suite
• Ability to obtain an FAA Badge
