Key Responsibilities
- Manage leave and time off administration in alignment with policies for the US and Canada
- Oversee day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and vendor relations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial requirements related to benefits programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of benefits experience, preferably in a high-tech, multinational company
- Experience administering leaves in the US and Canada
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and benefits enrollment portals (ADP Workforce Now)
- Highly organized and data-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
