A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter - Go-To-Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to closing hires
  • Deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment
  • Build and maintain talent market maps and apply targeted sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR roles
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems
  • Proven success in recruiting for Go-to-Market, Sales, and SaaS-based Technology roles
  • Experience designing structured interview tools for equitable candidate evaluations
  • Knowledge of or experience in the K-12 education or edtech industry is a bonus
