Key Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to closing hires
- Deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment
- Build and maintain talent market maps and apply targeted sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR roles
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems
- Proven success in recruiting for Go-to-Market, Sales, and SaaS-based Technology roles
- Experience designing structured interview tools for equitable candidate evaluations
- Knowledge of or experience in the K-12 education or edtech industry is a bonus
