Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for various roles, adapting focus based on hiring priorities
  • Manage approximately 20 requisitions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic insights and support hiring decisions


Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions across different functions
  • Familiarity with Jobvite or other ATS platforms is preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills for hard-to-fill or specialized roles
  • Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices
