Key Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle recruiting for various roles, adapting focus based on hiring priorities
- Manage approximately 20 requisitions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic insights and support hiring decisions
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences
- Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions across different functions
- Familiarity with Jobvite or other ATS platforms is preferred
- Strong sourcing skills for hard-to-fill or specialized roles
- Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices
