Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment team by identifying and interacting with potential candidates, facilitating interviews, and matching candidate skills to openings
  • Provide support to the Human Resources department by developing talent pipelines, maintaining employee profiles, and assisting with compliance and administrative tasks
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HR team and recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment or call center environment is beneficial
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
