A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team by identifying and interacting with potential candidates, facilitating interviews, and matching candidate skills to openings
- Provide support to the Human Resources department by developing talent pipelines, maintaining employee profiles, and assisting with compliance and administrative tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HR team and recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
- Experience in a high-volume recruitment or call center environment is beneficial
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
