A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II to provide support for the 988 Lifeline Services Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Model good communication and recovery-oriented living skills to clients
- Respond to service requests promptly and maintain knowledge of available resources
- Document assessments and collaborate with other staff for client disposition
Required Qualifications
- Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Competency in recognizing and addressing the unique needs of clients
- Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
- Experience with crisis intervention
- Familiarity with documentation policies and procedures
