- Partner with hiring managers to post roles, screen applicants, and move candidates through the pipeline
Qualifications
- Must have direct experience with Rippling ATS (minimum 1-2 years)
- 1-3 years of recruiting coordination or HR support experience
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused
- Interest in growing into broader HR/People Ops responsibilities
